Cheese and Ham Appetizers
One 3 oz cream cheese, cubed
6-8 olives, or to taste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon mustard
Ham slices
Mix all ingredients except ham in a blender. Spread the mixture on the ham slices and roll them up. Wrap each pinwheel in foil and freeze for at least one hour.
Remove foil and cut into 1/2 slices. Place one slice on a Ritz cracker. Serve.
