Strawberry Pie

    1 cup sugar
    5 tablespoon strawberry Jell-O
    1 cup water
    1 pint strawberries, sliced
    3 tablespoon cornstarch

Boil sugar, water, Jell-O and cornstarch for 2 minutes or until thick. Let cool. Bake pie shell and let cool. Place sliced strawberries in the pie shell. Pour mixture over strawberries and refrigerate until firm. Then add cool whip to cover the entire pie.
