Tomato Salsa Dip

Tomato Salsa Dip

    1 can peeled tomatoes
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    4-6 jalapeno peppers

Blend in processor or blender until chunky.

In a saucepan, add the tomato mixture with the following:

    2 teaspoons salt
    ¼ cup vinegar
    ¼ cup sugar
    ¼ cup catsup
    Dash of thyme, oregano, basil and rosemary

Bring all the above to a boil. Seal in a glass jar and refrigerate. Serve with chips.
